Protocols
Governance framework for the protection of researcher identity and technical telemetry within high-dimensional strategy environments.
All data processing at AcctDash AI aligns with the rigorous isolation requirements of autonomous agent research verification.
01. Information Acquisition
At AcctDash AI, we operate with a principle of data minimization. We only collect the technical identifiers necessary to facilitate your access to our reinforcement learning research library. This includes basic log data, device architecture signatures for optimization testing, and voluntarily provided contact information for research collaborations.
We do not track behavior across external applications, nor do we engage in the collection of financial instrument data or sensitive personal identifiers unrelated to technical performance auditing.
02. Processing & Analysis
- Research Integrity: Validating that interaction data with our virtual environments originates from unique, verified academic or professional sources.
- System Optimization: Analyzing browser and hardware performance to calibrate the rendering requirements of high-fidelity strategy simulations.
- Project Communications: Facilitating direct inquiries regarding algorithm benchmarks and environment compatibility logs.
03. Storage Policy
Telemetry related to training sessions and environment mapping is retained as long as it contributes to broader algorithmic insights. Personal identifying information is purged from active databases after 12 months of inactivity, or upon direct request. All data is housed on encrypted regional infrastructure in accordance with Canadian data residency standards.
04. Data Sovereignty
Users maintain the absolute right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of their personal technical records. To exercise these rights or to request a portability export of your interaction history, please contact our Data Governance Officer.
Security
Architecture
The boundary between researcher and model is maintained through isolated compute instances. AcctDash AI ensures that strategic decision trees generated during testing do not cross-pollinate with user-identifiable metadata.
